Terms and Conditions

Orders

Most of my jewelry is made to order., although I do try to keep a small supply of the most popular charms in hand.  Metal clay pieces usually take four or five days, cast pieces one to two weeks. Stone setting and other custom design may take a little longer.  Please read the design listing carefully to find out what to expect for the piece you’re interested in.  If in doubt, just ask!  And if I’m on the road or the item is back ordered, I’ll let you know by e-mail.

Shipping

I ship via the US Postal Service unless you ask for other arrangements.  Our default shipping is First Class Parcel in a padded envelope, which takes two to five days.  If you want another option, such as Express Mail, let me know.  I can send you a PayPal invoice for the balance.

International orders are usually shipped International First Class Large Envelope, but you have the option of choosing faster methods, right up to International Express. with the appropriate customs forms. Please don’t ask me to mark items as gifts. I ship often enough to Canada and Europe that this could come back and bite both of us.

Returns

If you’re not delighted with your purchase, send it back in it’s original packaging within 30 days, and let me know whether you want an exchange or a refund.  If you got a piece of my jewelry as a gift, you’re welcome to exchange it for something that suits you better.  Just be sure it gets back safely, and tell me what design you’d prefer.

Payments

Your credit card payment is processed through Etsy Payments, one of the most secure payment portals out there, and I don’t have access to your card number or other payment details.
